Kick‑start a global bartending career with our intensive, accredited 5‑day programme designed to take complete beginners to confident, job‑ready bartenders. Whether you’re exploring part‑time work, preparing for seasonal roles, or aiming for a full hospitality career, this course gives you the practical skills, product knowledge, and professional standards needed to work behind any bar in the world. Across five hands‑on days, you’ll learn the foundations of modern bartending: free pouring and accurate measuring, efficient workstation setup, essential spirits knowledge, responsible service, guided tastings, and the techniques behind producing classic cocktails to a high standard. You’ll also gain an understanding of club, tray, and table service, giving you the versatility employers look for. The course includes the WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits, giving you an internationally recognised qualification alongside your practical training. No previous experience is required — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We provide all equipment, ingredients, and training materials. Students only need to bring themselves (and lunch if preferred). We also offer a complimentary lift service from Shoreham‑by‑Sea train station for those travelling by rail.
